To redirect Centronics (parallel) port output to a parallel or serial

port on your computer

1. On the Tools menu, click Options.

2. Click the Communications Ports tab.

3. Choose COMx or LPTx in the Centronics (parallel) options group. COMx or LPTx is the port your printer is connected to - normally LPT1.

4. Click OK.
