To activate the Multiface

  • On the Control menu, highlight Multiface and choose Activate from the resulting pop-up menu.

Tip

  • You can also use the shortcut key, Ctrl+M, to activate the Multiface.

Note

  • Do not attempt to activate the Multiface using the NMI option on the Control menu. Unless the Multiface is enabled (and the software disable switch is off on Multiface 128 and Multiface 3 models), this will just cause the Spectrum to reset.

  • If the Multiface 1 is currently disabled with the emulated physical disable switch, it cannot be activated until it is enabled. The Multiface 128 and Multiface 3 do not have a physical disable switch - they can always be activated.
