Using the inline assembler
The inline assembler is a powerful tool for debugging and modifying a running program.
To use the inline assembler:
If the debugger is not already open, click Debugger on the Tools menu.
In the disassembly window, locate the address whose contents you want to change and click the area containing the current values.
Enter the instruction to assemble and press the Enter key.
Tip
The inline assembler also works in the Find window.
Note
The inline assembler is not designed to be a full assembler. It does not support labels, macros, or other advanced features.
