To redirect serial port output to a file

1. On the Tools menu, click Options.

2. Click the ZX Interface 1 tab.

3. Choose File for serial port output.

4. Click the Browse button (...) to the right of the output file name.

5. Type a name for the file you want to redirect the serial port output to and click Save.

6. Click OK.

Tip

• If the output file is on a shared network drive, it can be used as the serial port input file for Spectaculator running on another machine. Using this, you can transfer data between Spectaculator instances over the network.
